As a Senior Software Engineer (Backend), you’ll play a key role in building and scaling the core systems that power our energy platform — from dynamic electricity pricing to smart EV charging and real-time energy insights. What You’ll Do

Design, build, and maintain robust backend services and APIs that power our platform.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Product, Design, Data, and Operations) to deliver features that drive customer value.
Contribute to system architecture discussions and help shape our evolving technical landscape.
Write clean, maintainable, and testable code using best practices (CI/CD, TDD).
Improve scalability, reliability, and performance across distributed systems.
Participate in code reviews, technical design sessions, and team knowledge-sharing.
Help mentor junior engineers and contribute to a strong engineering culture.

What You Bring

Must-Have Experience

5+ years of experience in backend software development.
Strong proficiency in C# and .NET Core.
Solid understanding of PostgreSQL, Docker, Kubernetes, and cloud environments (GCP or Azure).
Experience designing and maintaining scalable systems and APIs.
Familiarity with agile development, CI/CD, and automated testing.
Strong problem-solving skills and a customer-first mindset.
Fluency in English
Nice-to-Haves

Experience in energy tech, IoT, or mobility.
Familiarity with event-driven architectures or microservices at scale.
Knowledge of monitoring tools and observability best practices.
Experience mentoring peers or leading small technical initiatives.
