Our mobile app is the primary interface between customers and their energy — from dynamic pricing and smart charging to consumption insights and future energy services.

As we continue to grow, we’re always looking to connect with Product Managers who are passionate about B2C products and mobile experiences. Even when we don’t have a specific role open, we believe great product talent is worth getting to know early.

We look for Product Managers who love solving real user problems, working closely with design and engineering, and building products that balance customer value, business impact, and technical feasibility — all in a fast-moving, mission-driven environment.

What You’ll Do

Own and evolve mobile-first B2C product areas, from discovery through delivery and iteration.
Partner closely with engineering, design, data, and marketing to build intuitive, high-impact app experiences.
Translate customer needs, behavioural data, and business goals into clear product strategy, roadmaps, and outcomes.
Lead discovery, experimentation, and validation(user research, A/B tests, MVPs).
Define and track product KPIs such as activation, engagement, retention, and customer satisfaction.
Balance short-term delivery with long-term product vision and platform constraints.
Act as a strong voice of the customer, ensuring clarity, focus, and impact across teams.

What You Bring

Must-Have Experience

3+ years of experience as a Product Manager in B2C products, ideally with mobile apps (iOS / Android).
Strong customer-centric mindset— you care deeply about user problems and experience quality.
Proven experience working in cross-functional product teams(engineering, design, data).
Solid understanding of product discovery, delivery, and experimentation.
Comfortable using data and qualitative insights to guide decisions and trade-offs.
Clear communicator who can align stakeholders and move teams forward.
Fluency in English (C1+) and German (C1) for effective cross-functional collaboration.
Based in or willing to relocate to Hamburg or Berlin.

Nice-to-Haves

Experience in energy, mobility, fintech, or subscription-based products.
Hands-on experience with mobile analytics, experimentation tools, or A/B testing.
Exposure to smart devices, IoT, or connected ecosystems.
Background in start-up or scale-up environments.

You’re owning product areas with clear priorities, measurable impact, and stakeholder trust.
Product decisions are grounded in data, user insights, and clear outcomes.

Your work contributes directly to better customer experiences and business results.
